Logic Bunting is a brand of Billing Bluebird, LLC. This policy explains how Logic Bunting handles information when you use our website and tools.

Healthcare files

ERA to Excel is designed to process uploaded 835 and 837 files locally in your browser. Logic Bunting does not intentionally upload or store the raw healthcare files or the patient/claim data contained in those files as part of the conversion and reconciliation workflow.

Account information

If you create an account, we may store information such as your email address, user ID, plan and subscription status through service providers used for authentication and billing.

Usage analytics

We may record limited usage events such as successful conversions, batch file counts, reconciliation runs and anonymous browser identifiers. These events are intended to measure product usage and do not include uploaded filenames, patient names, claim numbers, payer claim details or claim dollar amounts.

Payments

Payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Logic Bunting does not directly store full payment card numbers.
